obstructive sleep apnea and autonomic dysfunction

have a sleep apnea problem. also diagnoised with autonomic dysfunction. forget sometimes to wear my cpap at night. especially after taking zanaflex to help me sleep. can sleep without my cpap be a problem for me. appreciate all your help. thanks in advance.
