rattle on exhale

I have had swollen glands with no other symptoms for two weeks then it went away.  A week later some sinus headache and clear drainage.  Now I have an annoying rattle on exhale only with a little phelm sometimes when I cough.  Sounds perfectly clear when I inhale and nasal passages are clear as well.  Glands a little swollen again but not as bad.
I am asthmatic but inhaler not making any difference

Probably is just the tail end of the infection but keep an eye on it.  If it gets any worse or still isn't gone in a week or so, doctor visit is in order, you might have pnemonia (pneumonia).
