terrible sleep apnea, breathing problems

my asthma and sleep disordered breathing are not responding to dulera and singulair or the asv ventilator.  I started allergy injections but the doctor is going really slow, he only gave me shots after 2 years
is there a medication that can help me like this kenalog?  I think I'm getting brain damage from the low oxygen levels in sleep.

should I be started on a specific ratio on the allergy shots?  the doctor was telling me that it takes one year??
