Dear yunks

Good question. There are several activities you can choose from. All basically help in circulating more oxygen through the body. Combined with nutritious diet, this can help a lot.

1) cycling
2) jogging
3)brisk walk
4)swimming
5) blowing a balloon
6)deep breathing exercise
7)yoga

Any type of aerobic activity would help asthma.  This mostly comes down to personal preference, such as swimming, jogging, bicycling, fast walking.  Be aware that such exercise when there is air pollution and/or a high allergen count or extremely cold air can worsen one's asthma and, on those days, you should exercise inside.
