30 month old-Autism??

My daughter is 30 months old. I feel that she may be displaying signs of autism. She is refering to herself in third person like, "Alyssa went potty" and "Alyssa wants ... ". Also, I will ask her a questions, if the answer is no, she will say no but if it is yes, she will repeat my question. She has "meltdowns" of frustration when she can't figure something out, something is stuck she cannot get out, another child takes a toy away from her, etc. Her meltdowns are fits of throwing herself on the floor, kicking her feet and crying. She doesn't reognize when I cry, just stares at me blankly. But if I yell out in pain she will ask me if I am ok. She does respond to her name, she used words, and she plays with toys in the right context but she does have a habit of lining up her toys. Again, she will cook her play food, put her babies to bed and use a fake phone. She is extremely active, can't sit still. Will not try new food. She will not hold eye contact but she will make contact when I tell her to look a me. She is getting much better about playing with other kids and will now interact with them but she used to scream and cry if any other kid touched her. Could she have autism? Should I take her in to be evaulated? I wouldn't be so concerned if she was not showing excessive use of echolilia.
