Asperger's or just ADHD?

My daughter will be 4 in July. She has been diagnosed (as of December 2010) with ADHD, but given no medicine because of her age. She also has a Sensory Development Disorder (i.e. sensitive to sounds that normal people wouldn't notice like a vacuum on, toilet flushing, tv static, train going by and blowing horn; sensitive to certain outfits). She won't eat something without smelling it and somedays she won't eat what I cook. She can fall off the top of the couch (on purpose) and hurt doesn't even affect her. She's clumsy but very smart. She has a speech delay, but is getting frequent speech therapy. She's very hyper. She repeats herself a lot, sometimes within 2 minutes of saying the same question/thing, loves everything about a bug/Barbie, and once she gets hooked on something she goes on and on and on forever about it.

I've been seeing this more and more and today is donned on me --  I don't think she understands facial expressions or body language. Normally a child will ask you a question and you look up as another form of answering and the child will know to ask; however my daughter will continue to ask and then start yelling "MOMMY" until you say "WHAT!?" Or she will literally smack you to get your attention.

Is this Asperger's or just part of ADHD? What can I do? I'm at a loss and unsure of what I am to do. She goes back in September to the Behavioral Specialist to see if she needs any medicine since she is starting PreK in August. Help if you can, any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
