I have a 2 yr old daughter who is very strong willed.  When she is excited she will tighten her whole body , like what you would do if you got a shot.  Is this a normal behavoir?  Her face even tightens some.

I am not immediately concerned about the body tightening you describe, but please mention this and all developmental concerns to your pediatrician at your daughter's next appointment.
