Dealing with Aggression

Hi.

I'm a leader of an Asperger's support group for adults. Members of my group last month gave me a topic of Aggression in Asperger's.  So I'm trying to do research on it and I've found one article that discusses this in detail. The article is titled "The Truth About Aspergers Autism Aggression".  While I agree with the symptoms described in the article, I'm really not convinced of his solution for it.

He suggests having go through all sorts types of therapy. Such as Art, Music, Language, Play, Drama, Speech and Occupational Therapy as well as Osteopathy.  While I think doing these therapies may help distract a person with Asperger's so they won't be so aggressive, I'm not sure about this being a 'cure' of it. If the issue is of self-esteem, then maybe this will help.  But if it's about something else and after a person has gone through these therapies, what's stopping the person from being angry again later on?
