Does anyone think my son could have Asperger's Syndrome?

My son is 6 years old, and he has some problems. He has a fraternal twin sister who is just fine, apart from some minor speech delays, and a 7 year old sister who is fine also. My son has some minor speech delays too, but that's the least of his problems. He has some major behavior problems, and he doesn't like to listen to anyone in charge. Whenever anyone is talking to him, he looks away as if he's not really paying attention. We've had his hearing checked, and there's nothing wrong with that. Recently, we were seeing a psychologist to try to get him diagnosed with ADHD, and she says he doesn't have it. So what else could it be? He has to be first in line; first for everything. If he doesn't get what he wants, he throws a temper tantrum and can get very mean. For example, when he is waiting for the bus with his sister, he will shove her out of the way so he can get on first. If I tell him it's her turn to get on first, he will tell me how much he hates her and he will make the bus driver wait for him while he takes his time getting on the bus. This year has been awful. His teacher emails me almost every week, informing me of his bad behavior at school. Just today, he hit two other children in his class and the teacher told him he would have to go to the principal's office. He refused, and they ended up having to carry him to the office, kicking and screaming. The bus driver has told me that he is close to being kicked off the bus. He doesn't have any friends! His sisters always get invited to birthday parties and sleepovers, but not him.

There are times when my son can be a really sweet boy, like when he's by himself and no one else is around.

This might sound silly, but does anyone watch the show Parenthood? There's a boy on that show who has Asperger's Syndrome, and a lot of it reminds me of my son's behavior. Is anyone having these problems? I don't know where else to turn to for help!!!
