abnormal sexual behaviour in my ten year old son who has dyspraxia please help me

my son who is now ten was diagnosed at the age of seven with dyspraxia, at the age of 7 in school he was discovered touching 3 other boys penis"s!! and he also asked them to touch his as well,, when questioned about this he told me he was not sure why it was wrong although i expressed to him that it was not the wright things to be doing.so i really sat down with him at this time and explained in small manageable chunks safegaurding himself and others.now tonite my very close freind told me that when we spent 2 nights at their house, my son was under the covers with her 5 year daughter kissing her. when my freind asked her daughter what they where doing she said they where playing the wriggley worm game,, and when questioned about it the little girl gets very upset, she shouts screams and wont say anything else,, then her 3 year old daughter told her my son had licked her minnie(VAGINA) my freind does not know weather it was just the outside of the lips to the vagina or inside,, i am absouloutly devastated by this i have been reading up on sexual behavior in people with dyspraxia,,and he need specialist help pronto..the thing is my son has never as far as i am aware has never seen or read or heard anything about sexual activity to this level i am so petrefied that my son will be arrested if he does this again to another child.. i have made each of my freinds and family members aware that under no circumstances must my son be left alone with their children,, and thankfully they very understanding and support me very well.. please has anyone with a child who has dyspraxia experiance this level of sexual behaviour,

While dyspraxia may occur in conjunction with an ASD, dyspraxia itself is not an autism-spectrum disorder and I highly recommend you seek out a specialist in dyspraxia and childhood sexual behavior right away. Individuals with autism may display inappropriate sexual behavior but this isn't a specific characteristic of the disorder but rather typically a delay in learning what is and is not appropriate. In the case of your son, it sounds like you are taking a reasonable approach in making sure he is not alone with other children and looking for a specialist to help. This is obviously a serious issue and one that requires immediate attention.
