could my son have autism

My son is 3 and half years old, and he has had several tests done including, sensory intergration, developmental testing,speech eval,hospitalizations for emotional problems, my son has been dx with odd, possible adhd,expressive language disorder anxiety disorder and so on, my son was just tested for a social eval and he passed but i feel that he can not social function, yes he does have eye contact and things like that but he has alot of autisic tendencies and because he passed socialy there trying to say he is ok, but under all the symptoms of autism he has many of them, he has repetive speech, strange behaviors, and he is interested in the same subject all the time...he doesnt take well to change at all. he does have problems with sensory intergration but his behaviors are severe with aggression, and sever impulsivity. when he is around many people he seems to shut down and not be able to function at all... please give me someother ideas of what i can have tested because I am an unsatisified mother and need alot of help with my son...
