mental illness??

hello. i am 22 years old. i have  problem understanding what people say, also i cant speak properly. My mind is always switched off. i am sleepy always. i yawn all the time. cant remember things. i cant remember the roads etc.  i also cant communicate properly with people. my mind goes blank most of the time while talking to others. i get tensed talking to people because i know i cant speak properly. My grades are bad. social interaction is very difficult. not sure what the syndrome is.. please help.

It is impossible for me or anyone else to provide a diagnosis via e-mail, especially based upon very little information.  I strongly suggest you speak to a physician about your concerns.  Before you go, write down information similar to what you wrote about above, and be sure to mention all of these thingswhen you speak  to him or her.  Your physician may be able to answer some of your questions, or point you in the direction of someone who can!
