mobile skills

My now 4yr old has been recently diagnosed with autism some of his mobile skills aren't to good like washing himself i usually do it, putting on his coat at times, thats just a couple he gets speech therapy and now occupational therapy now. He has a mild case of autism he's very smart he knows his alph, num, shapes, colors, he could also read im just worried about some oh his mobil skills am i overreacting

He is a young boy still so I don't think you should stress with such advanced skills. He may use some time to learn it; so is it to have autism, but it is nothing to worry about.
