my 2,7 years son does not speak

hi!
my 2.7 years son does not speak yet. i have read a lot about autism and find something similar with my son.  i spend all my time with him and  as we are alone in most times, he get used to play alone with his toys, i play with him when i have a time.he is very calm boy. i started worried when i found him a little bit strange, especially when i read about autism. he does not speak at all, only a few wards, I've noticed that he tries but he can't, but he can pointing everything what he wants, he can show me  and bring me what i ask. he identify pictures of family, animals, shows all parts of his body, pretends like to talking on the phone, does same things what i do (exp:clean the table, throw rubbish in the bin etc.) has eye contact with everyone,repeats what i show, when i ask to bring something he does it.he can play with kids but preferring to play alone  BUT he does things like spinning the car wheels all the time and he likes everything what is spinning, he finds things funny and laugh,sometimes he doesn't respond on his name, he does not like to eat 2 different foods together(exp sausage and bread).
I'm very confused, please tell me it might be an autism???
