pls do help...

pls help i just would like to ask the opinion of any expert here on what really is my brother's condition...my brother has been a loner since his young age, he's a slow learner but still a normal being, but when he turned 16 he was a different person he started to be always agitated and always angry he would sometimes punch us- he often becomes violent as well. Year after year his behavior changes mostly confused. We didn't understand the situation he was in and it took us about a year to finally let him see a psychiatrist and told us that he had schizophrenia. Other doctors would say asperger's syndrome.Now, after 6 years he was able to hold his anger through medication, but  sometimes when he is tired he recently had hallucinations which started this year only,he stopped talking, had some body rocking,he cant' sleep w/o medication and his hands flapping endlessly. He had numerous abnormalities as well with his feet and knees, he easily gets tired and that he had violent seizures whenever he gets impatient and tired. Doctors please tell me what is his real condition?? please i need a reply
