hi, my son who is soon to be 4, is currently attending a physiothrapist regarding flat feet and walking on his toes.
after spending an hour with him 2 weeks ago, she told us she thought he might have dyspraxia.
my doctor thinks he might have autism and has referred him to a pediatrician which can take up to a year.
i was hoping someone could read his symptoms and give me some advice

1=he is scared of loud noises
2=he walks on his tiptoes
3=he draws with both hands, like he doesnt know which to use
4=he repeats sentences over and over
5=when you call his name he ignores you most of the time and acts as if he is not there
6=when he runs he will flap his hands or arms
7=it obsessed with wheels and spinning items
8=doesnt mix well with children gets nervous around them
9=has a violent temper, which comes from nowhere will last a few minutes then disapear
10=he never stops, has a very short attention span is on the go the whole day
11=has good speech, will talk normal and then for no reason start talking jibberish, like baby talk ,he does this frequently
12= sometimes its very hard to make eye contact
13=he makes really scary faces and screams in peoples faces

on the other hand he is a lovely little boy who loves a cuddle, loves to be held tight,
he is clever for his age, knows his numbers up to 20, knows the alphabet, his shapes,
and all his colours.
i am at a loss i dont know how to help him , i have asked for help from numerous sights
and people and nada. could someone please advice me regarding my beautifull boy.
thank you for taking the time to read this.

No one can diagnose your son over the internet.  I certainly see why you are concerned and if you can do anything to shorten the time before he will be seen by his doctor, you should do it.  (I am assuming the pediatrician you were referred to is a specialist in children with possible developmental problems.)  I included below a list of websites that I often give to people who have questions about autism spectrum disorders (ASDs).   I am afraid that the bottom line is that you will have to persevere looking into the resources available in your local community.  If you can’t find any, then you will need to continue to push to see where the nearest services are that are appropriate for your son.

I have the same issues with a 2yr old boy and I believe it is Autism, We go next month for testing because it is really hard to deal with my step son and the way he acts. I have a daughter who is 3 and not one of these syptoms (symptoms) came about with her.
Keep demanding test because I strongly believe something is not right.
