How Many of You Have A PCA In Your Life

I was just wanting to make sure that the parents out there with children on the spectrum realize that they can have help.  Many times your insurance will pay someone to help you take care of your children.  I guess this is for a person with a lot of types of disabilities.  
Having these people in your homes will enable you to do many things that would be hard to do without help.  They can do things like give your child a bath, feed them dinner, and put them to bed. For Adults they can help you out by driving you to your appointment, among other things.
