I have a feeling it is autism there is no one to confirm to me

my duaghter 5 years old, she was okay on everything until she ws 2 years old, then I started seeing her running away from the camera when you want to take her phone, which later on I can to realise it is because of the flash light comes out which is the casee until today. you can only take a photo using a cellphone but not any kind of camera. she was okay on every stage, she was very fast milestone, she started also calling da da da,ma ma ma etc. but at the age of 2.3 years old,all those words disappeared and she used to wave to me when I wave for her and tell her bye but all these stoped.we don't have specialist or doctors familiar with autism etc so I google and see she might have have autism or something, I am not sure.she can not concentrate at all exccept while she watching her learning DVD or bbc carton etc.I am just stressed doing alot of training to her as my self, and I have taken her to a normal nursery school she can count and write even up to 100,all the alphabets, blends,some english word like zebra,elephant etc and her name,
she knows the shapes and all the colours and she sha regnize and name them. but the problem she can not initiate to speak. only until you ask her wht is this? then she will answer, what colur it is? she will answer. but she will just pull your hand and put on what she wants, but if you ask her to repeat something she does. I am not sure what I should do. I am very stressed and I can not work.and I now I hate everyone at home because I see they are not helping me to help my daughter.I am the only one helping my daughter. if I don't remember to give her remedies then no one will remember.

I wonder who can tell me what it is about, she like sitting a corner and play with sand using her hand or feet. she sometimes remove her shoes and start scrach on the floor when there is sand. she smell everything bedore eating, she is very limited to the food, she only have specific food that she eats.she plays different games like slide, swing etc which was not the case before. But she is getting difficult to follow instruction, she is only able to come when you call her, or when you tell her lets go, she will get prepared to leave. or when you ask her to give you let say a ball that is just close to her she will pick the ball and give it to you.or if there a watch, you can ask her "give me the watch" she will select and pick the watch and give it you but if you ask her to bring her brother even if he is just there with her she won't.if you tell her take this ball to the room, no she won't.

I am very confused to understand what I should be, where should i start?  I am alone struggling with her recovery.Please let me know what do you think might be,and where can I get the treatment.

Someone else from Tanzania posted on here a few weeks back. They also said that there is no one in your country to help them. I believe a Dr. responded with advice. You should search for that post.
