Is there seizures that can go away in time?

my son is 7 and born hard of hearing.  He had his first seizure in school and his teacher said she used to have them when she was young too.  
He was in class in the morning and didn't hear well and didn't act normal, stay on topic.  He his body had 3 full short shakes and eyes forward and opened.  About 10 seconds.  Then after he wasn't hearing well, slurred speech, walking funny, about 2 hours he was anxious and later he wrote a lot of flipped numbers, more than usual.  Response was slow also. A few days later in school his eyes twitched and rolled back while standing.  

I'm worried for him, not everyone is the same or type of seizures.  He may be having them at night, he comes down at times scared or crying and sometimes looks lost and some weeks his bed is wet.  

We have heard and read that Autism and seizures go together too.  He is not diagnosed yet but is going to be tested this year.  And then the tragedy of John Travolta son died from seizure.  Worried me a lot.

Hi he had his 2 EEG and found nothing but they were abnormal. He just got his MRI done..thank God that went well...now were waiting on for results at his ENT and his Neuro doctor... thanks for your reply.:)

what was the abnormal result sometimes kids have adnormal result because there mind is not yet grown

he had a 24 hr EEG, but no answer. He had a abnormal result. His MRI in in July.

thank you for your reply. He was born deaf in one ear and yes he has something else going on in his middle ear..he has a flat mild loss in other.  I didn't know that info, thanks.

frist only 30% of kids with autism have seizures and most of them have seizures in ther teen years the best thing I can tell you is to find out why he has a hearing problem if it in the middle ear etc. take from someone thats been throught it cac cause seizures .
