My 3 year old. Please HELP!

I'm just wondering if anyone knows what my 3 year old daughter could have, and what i can do to get her help. Do i call her ped if i suspect something?
Here are her symptoms;
*She has a very certian way of putting things back. i.e. books have to be put back Exactally a certian way, if we have blocks that go into eachother, it has to be put back perfect
*somethings have to not be changed. I.E., she HAS to buckle her seatbelt everytime, if not she freaks out
*she just turned 3 on sunday, but knows a lot of the alphabet
*She likes to play alone, if in a group of kids, she prefers to play by herself
*You can't really understand her, it's like her speech is delayed
*She has a hard time focusing, like if we're taking her pic, she can't even look at the camera and smile
*Sometimes it's as if she's deaf. You can be right next to her and yell her name, and she won't ever look at you, but she can hear.
*She is always running into stuff. A door will be right in front of her, and she will even be looking forward, and it's like she still doesn't see it and runs into it.

Any advice would help a lot. thank you so much.

Hi, i've just got to say your daughter sound exactly like my son behaves, my son has just been diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and ADHD, but as in the name there's a whole spectrum of behaviors that come with it, my son turned 4 in April and is extremely speech delayed, also he like's  to put thing's into a straight line and make piles with his toys, and if anything get's moved all hell breaks loose.
My son also prefers to either play by himself or with an adult, he find's it very difficult to interact with other children, he has set routines and if anyhing is out of place he can become upset and sometimes violent towards us and his younger sister.
With what you say about your daughter i would definately say she's probably Autistic, although i'm no doctor, so if i were you speak to your health visitor or a paediatrician, tell them about your concerns and they'll be able to point you in the right direction, obviously the sooner the better, i only spoke to my health visitor when my son started nursery because he was having problem's, but i wish i had spotted it sooner, as with the help that he's had he has improved loads, and has become quite a pleasent little boy.

I hope all goes well with you in the future!
