My three yr old wont go to the potty! HELP ME PLS!!

My daughter is 3yrs 4mouths and she now doesnt want anything to do with going to the potty. When I first got her started she was excited about going pee, a few months later it all changed. I've got her books a video and even a potty seat with her favorite charactor on it Dora. And she still doesn't want to go potty. I feel like I have tryed everything. I ask her all the time if she needs to go an she always says no mommy and i'll even take her to the potty even then and she does go sometimes but not always. She has pooped in the potty maybe 5 times sense she started. I don't know what else to do. Help me please!!!
