My 8 year old son suffers from Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD). He cannot control his urine, he frequently wets himself, and wees everywhere? This is sometimes followed by erection which disturbs him and makes him angrey and aggressive. Can someone help?

You need to figure out the reason behind the behaviors. It may be so much, from impairment in physical development and physical sickness as bladder infections, to sensory problems and psychological issues; like dissociations (daydreaming). In autism the range of possible underlying reasons are often bigger than in normal kids, and it may be harder to find out.

An erection would change the balance of chemical signals in the brain, and it may be the reason of his angry and aggressive mode.
