my son 6 was diagnose by a school psy asperger syndrom (syndrome) as his main problem was not following rules at school and be really unfocus but academically was higher than other kids specially in reading and math but has problem  making drawing and writing

what is the best treatment for those kids? does being asperger is different than having adhd as my son has issues with sounds at school and try to isolate himself when to much noise etc...

If your child is bright but is having problems with drawing/writing etc then they need to be assessed for dyslexia or dysgraphia.  Children with these difficulties will find it hard to put their thoughts/ideas into words and record their learning.  Typically they can be thought to be lazy, untidy, disruptive etc when actually they don't have the ability to write to the same level or at the same speed as their peers.
As his reading is ahead, it sounds more like dysgraphia.
As he has difficulties with noise that would appear to highlight difficulties with his sensory system.  Sensory Integration Disorder can make any or all of the childs senses over or under sensitive.  Often there is difficulty integrating all the information from the senses into something they can understand.  They may find it hard to screen out background noise or habituate to noise.  An Occupational Therapist is the person who deals with difficulties in this area.  They should also be able to give some advice about adaptations or supports for dysgraphia.  The Ed Psychologist should also see and assess the child for dysgraphia and your concerns about Aspergers.
Aspergers is part of the autistic spectrum.  Children can have more than one diagnosis ie. ADHD/Aspergers/SID and dysgraphia.
I think it would be wise to raise your concerns with school and see what they think and if they can refer you to the professionals he needs to see.  The other route is through your GP via health.  You can raise your concerns with your GP and ask for him to be referred to a multi disciplinary team who have experience of diagnosing children with Aspergers.  A Psychologist and OT should be part of that package to look at any problems with writing.  It would also be wise for him to be seen by a speech therapist (as part of the MDT).  Often children are thought to have age appropriate receptive language understanding when they don't, especially when ADHD and Aspergers.  So his understanding of language needs to be assessed as well.
