autism or something else

My daughter is 3 she will be 4 in august, I am so wore out trying to keep up with her and trying to understand her. She is starting to talk a little but most of what she has to say we dont understand, she is very high strung she has so much energy that keeping up with her is impossible if I go to the store I have to take her stroller so I can confine her for her own safty she dont have any fear she dont seem to understand danger she is unwilling to wear clothes unless going out she is a very picky eater when you can get her to eat at all . we are raising her as an only child even though she has several brothers and sisters they are all grown with their own lives and living in other states. we dont have any social life but she always says hi baby to other children she dont look you in the eye when you try to talk to her and about 95%of the time she dont seem to understand what you say to her she spends most of her time watching tv or playing on the computer she has plenty of toys but when she gets a toy she plays with it until she cant stand it then its over she will do her movies the same way for instance she will watch the same dvd all day but at bed time she wants dumbo if you change the movie and she dont want you to she will have a tantrum scream bang her head on the floor hit you same if you stop or try to change play she can drink from a cup but rarely with out dumping it or dipping her toys in it making a mess. she can use te toilet but wont poo in the toilet she will hide somewhere then tattle on herself so you will clean it up she is very smart but very destructive I dont understand how someone so little can have such mood swings she can go from happy to mean in a heart beat .... any input would be greatly apriciated

you need to raise this concerns to your childs doctor and they can help you find local programs or specialists to get her some testing so you'll know whats going on with her and what you need to do to help her
