autistic child with adhd

I have a 6 year old boy who not only has Aspergers, ADHD, seizures, but a very rare genetic disorder that has a mosaic pattern. No deletions nor additions. He is absolutely the sweetest child you will ever meet, until he has reached his thresh hold. Whether it is from hearing no, or just getting hyper, he will go into a rage that is just unbelievable. Yesterday, I took him and his sister to the store, frequent breaks, snacks, and discussion of what we were going to do. Once in the dressing room, he started yelling that his sister, who is 9, has a popo (private part). He could not be diverted. I then tried to get him interested in playing a game on my phone. Nothing worked. I soon left with my face beat red.
Today, my daughter began taking a bath after he had his, for no reason, he ran in and through the remote controler in the tub. I asked him why he did that and he said, so she would get electricity. I tried to discuss how this had worked, she would not be around any more for him to play with. He said she would. I told him to put on his pjs and he lost it. I had to do a hold on him for him to stay in his room. I waited until he calmed down, released him, and he would try to take off again. I would get him, repeat the hold. I took 25 mins. to get him to calm down and put on his pjs. During the hold, he tried to bite me, kick me, head butt me, and then to punch me in the face. When he calmed down he once again turned into that sweet boy again.
Is this the Aspergers or something else? He is on Risperdone 0,5 in the morning and 0.5 at night.  This has reduced his episodes greatly but he still have them. He has a roller coaster of this behavior. It will all but disapper and then a few months later, it is back with a vengance. My daughter was just diagnosed with Bipolar. I am a single mother and really need some further advice. Oh, and he seems very preoccupied with smelling the cat's bottom, touching mine or my daughter's private areas. I feel it is for a reaction. I am very firm that this is not acceptable. He does not do this to other people or in public so I know he understands it is not acceptable and trying to get a reaction from me. He has not been abused but his sister was as a small child. He was 7 months old when I left my husband as he was the abuser. So, a lot of history.... He has a psychologist and a therapist also.
So, I guess what I am asking is....does this sound like autistic type behaviors or autistic/adhd or something else?
