Unfortunately it is more and more common that young girls and babies are developing pubic hair. And later in life they show symptoms (boys and girls) of hormonal imbalances
Check out all the products you use, foods you  consume that the body reads as hormones.
Hair products, shampoos- specially hair straightening creams and such- have a bad wrap because some of the ingredients used are estrogen mimickers and endocrine disruptors.
Watch out for BPA in plastic bottles which is being banned actually right now!
Premature Puberty is a very dangerous thing!
Go to cosmetics data base website and research various products and their ingredients.
You will be shocked to discover the horrible chemicals and poisons, that go into everyday
brand name items that we use. Be vigilant. Trust nothing. Ask questions and research everything. Toys, soothers, clothing, soaps, powders, food and drink.
I don't mean to scare you, but this all true! We live in precarious times and we must be wise and strong, so we can  lead our children to a good and healthy life.

The safest approach to restore some hormonal balance in the baby, would be Homeopathy. No medicine, no herbs, no supplements.
Find a knowledgeable Homeopathic Doctor to discuss this further.

Blessings,
Nikodicreta
