medication and rage

My son TJ is 15yrs.old he stands "6"2 and has rages which cause him to hurt himself and anyone in his way. He was put on Abilify which turned him into a zombie with rage.He has been on numerous meds.none have stopped his violent rages. TJ is nonverbal and lacks any understanding of what i say he is completely zoned out during these times. Normaly he is a great big teddy bear who loves to eat. If anyone has tried a medication that works please let me know. TJ has been to several behavioral experts what a waste of time so I turn to others who are in the same situation for answers.

My son is 12yr old they sound very similar he is moderately verbal, diagnosed with moderate/severe autism aggressive and violent, have tried many meds he is currently on  am= 2mg Risperadol, 1g Epilum, pm = 2mg Risperadol, 1g Epilum & 150g Movox so this kid is taking 11 tablets in the morning and 13 tablets and night which he chews and swallows under sufference oh yes he also has 5mg valium administered in emergency situations when he is in a rage and nothing is working, everything we try either makes him worse or works for a while and then seems to be doing nothing, exactly what is happening now, Behaviour Intervention is a total waste of time for these children.
