prenancy after cysts remove

to whom it concern;                                                           last june 10 2011 i had my endometriotect cysts removed ....then now august 2011 i get pregnat ....am happy but worried too ????if it safe to be pregnant? thanks

Endometrial cysts are actually a very big problem as it sounds to be.When the uterus develops new endometrial tissue during the every month menstrual cycle,the reason is to prepare the uterus suitable for fertility.But, in cases of cysts, this process occurs outside the uterus, typically on the ovaries. This is where problems usually begin.Endometrial cysts are the blood sacs(Cysts-bags)accumulated and are often referred to as chocolate cysts.They are brown in color.The presence of endometrial cysts does not imply a very serious problem unless they rupture or break down causing discomfort and pain.If the blood sac ruptures the blood spills into surrounding which is the actual presenting problem,it may lead to complications such as abdominal pain,any type of lower back pain or pelvic pain-Pelvic inflammatory disease may also simulate this..Causes of endometrial cysts may refer to PCOD or endometriosis or Hydatidiform mole or still birth.So it always adviced to see a Doctor when ever a woman feels such symptoms.

It is safe to become pregnant until you dont have such complications mentioned above and a controlled levels of hormones in you as the problem refers to hormonal imbalance which may actually complicate the preparation of the uterus to bear a child.Surgery is usually recommended for such problems,it is called Trans-abdominal endometrial or ovarian drilling.

If the hormone levels are not normal it is really not advised to be pregnant now as it may result in a still birth or formation of a mole.Placenta may not actually sustain the baby which may rupture causing placental abruption which again causes blood collection in endometrium.Birth control pills are advised to such problems not only to control the hormones but also preventing further advancement of uterine rupture.Uterine sustainity is very important to have a healthy and live baby blessed by God.So keep your hormones normal and then plan for bearing a child.
