seizures and autism

Do partial complex seizure disorders have the same symptoms as autism (high functioning).  If they are pretty much the same what are the differences in them.

I'm not sure on this subject.  There may be similar symptoms, but we can't say whtehr or not they are the same condition just by symptoms alone.

What could appear to be a seizure may be caused by very different things.

For instance say I stop typing, decide to sit back and imagine something in my head. I may look like I am spacing off and having a seizure to the casual observer.
But I don't believe so.  I guess that will be one mystery because people can't access people's thoughts or read their mind to see what exactly is going on.

That being said some people do have comorbid symptoms of both.  It's hard to tell. I don't know much on the subject.
