tip toe walking

Is it normal?   My 18 month old is showing weird behaviors like taking cloths off, biteing buttons off remotes cloths, biteing self and others, saying words like why over & over, loud scream out burst like aah aah, throwing things when mad or upset.tip toe walking, spining or walking in a circle. I ask here if she wants something and she repeats what I say but knows how to say yes and no. Should I be concered or not?

Most kids go through some pretty weird stages. Have you ever given her a  beautiful dolly? Bet the first thing she did was to try to undress her - or played with the box!
Remember she's approaching the terrible twos. Maybe she's reached that horrible stage a bit early.
I would do all the discipline stuff (not smacking) that mum's know how to do and just keep an eye on her. She may have been to nursery or seen another child behaving in this way. there are a hundred reasons.
Think Positive, give her some time, and then, if you are still really concerned let the doc take a look.  Take care.
