where to go to get child tested for autism
I have been having issues with my daughter since she was a year old, and lately a relative who works with autistic children mentioned that she should be tested for this, i just dont know where to go..
She has never made friends, and if she does make them she does not know how to keep them. She would cry any time the train came through town, which is daily. She can't handle loud noises. She won't let anyone touch her, she needs to be the one to initiate it. She is struggling very hard in school. I would just like some advice on how to help her with life..

Your pediatrician shpuld be able to refer you to a state psychologist specialized in evaluating kids on the spectrum.
