which blood test is for adhd

Im 44 and now since my syntomsare getting in the way of my life i have to take the pills, take control. I have to deal with myself. There are no more excuses for my behavior.
Everyones caught on to me.
ADHD,AUTISTIC,MAYBE PARKINSONS.... dont know.
I get blood tests done June 22.
I have been diagnosed in gramer school autitic, dyslexic... but in the 40's there was not talk about these brain malfuntions. I ready to get help.
Mom of 3, had a hystorechtomy 2 years ago.
Doctor gave me Depokate 500mg am/pm  wellbrutrin 500  am/pm and natural hormons. ambein to sleep with benadryl on top. I sleep everytime with my ambien and benadryl.
Today i seem to have up energy. I try to sip on 1 cup of coffee since thats my only addiction in life, other then taking card of my children. N loving my husband.
