17 and struggling

I'm 17 and I have been struggling with hip pain for about 5 years now. The pain occurs after car rides of 3+ hrs and if I lay on the wrong part for a time. The pain is a deep radiating ache that is very uncomfortable. I also have acheiness in my knees and ankles at times(the same pain). Just a medical background I have perfect health other than heightened ANA numbers but no inflammatory markers. I have had raynauds for as long as I can remember and my mom has lupus and sheogrens(however you spell it). She doesn't have any joint pain. I also have been very active my entire life and I run 3 miles everyday with no problems. I also practice yoga. A sidenote that I also get tension related headaches stemming from my neck and shoulders if that helps. Oh and I'm vegan so I have a very healthy diet. I really don't know what it could be and it's frustrating to be doing everything right to live a healthy life and still be in pain. And on top of that not knowing what it is and being told I don't have anything. So please help
