ANA Direct Anti - Dna (DS) Ab Qn Positive and RNP Antibodies 7.2 High

I got some labs back and they say ANA Direct is Positive 1
My RNP Antibodies are 7.2 High.  My SSA (RO) condition SLE is 40-60%, Chromatin Drug induced SLE 90% SLE 48-97%, SSA (RO) SLE is 25 - 35%, Sjogren's Syndrome 40 - 70%.  Neonatal Lupus is 100%.  SSB (LA) SLE 10%, why cant these labs put it in english.  Anyhow, do you know what this means?  There is more, I'm just tired of typing.
