Yeah a false negative if doing a oral test not a blood test.

Hi!
False negative HIV testing after window period is seen if the test is done within 30 minutes of eating or drinking. It can be negative if you took anti-retroviral therapy for some reason or have low antibody titer or have an immune-compromised state like cancer treatment. If at all you have high ANA, it may cause false positives but is unlikely to cause a false negative. However, please discuss with your doctor. Take care!
