Abnormal low Lymphocytes, B Cell Subset

I've been fighting chronic infections since August 2010, including both a staph and fungal sinus infection and tested positive for flu about a month ago.  My doctor wanted to check how my immune system was doing and ordered a Lymphocytes, B Cell Subset lab test.  Here are the results:

The doctors comments on the bottom of lab test results said "Findings compatible with autoimmune disorder such as SLE"

My doctor spoke with a hematologist and they suggested I see a immunologist.  That was two weeks ago and I haven't heard anything back yet.  Does anyone have any input on what the values on this test could indicate?  Maybe they aren't quite "abnormal" enough to do any further testing?  

Since Lymphocytes B cell come from the bone marrow, is there any relation to a more serious concern like lymphoma?
