Antibody Numbers Are Coming Down anyone else?

by FancyPantsandMe, Sep 02, 2009 03:56PM
My antibody numbers for my Hashimoto's were over 3000 when first tested  in Nov. 2007.  That is when i was first diagnosed as well.  I had all  kinds of questions fro my doctor at that time.  How do we bring these down?  MORE ARMOUR..that didn't make much sense to me. How do we staop the damage being done?  no idea, we really don't understand too much about autoimmune diseases.  What can I do to help myself?  keep taking your medication.
how will Iknow when my thyroid is killed off?  Blood work.

So I had them tested last year they were down to 2200.

Last Monday I had them tested again and they are now at 1169.

My doctor is VERY HAPPY.  And all she says is keep doing whateveryou're doing...she thinks the decrease is due to several things:
1. I've lost 25 pounds in the last 3 months
2. I have changed what goes in my mouth HUGELY!  You can follow my challenge the next 6 months..as each day i will post about what I'm eating and what I'm doing: www.thoughts.com/FancyPantsandMe.
3. I am having my mercury/amalgam fillings replaced..2 down and 2 to go.
4. MonaVie and Ambertose

I wanted to connect with anyone else who's numbers are falling due to these changes or something else you're doing.
I am compliling a data base of success stories.

Thanks for your input ahead of time.
