Antinuclear antibodies

Hi everyone,

I have UCTD, and I was curious about my ANA levels. My ANA is positive- the last bloodwork I had indicated my ANA was about 400 U/mL, and in range is considered anything below 100 U/ mL.

My question is, does anyone know what my ANA level would be in ratio form? All the references to ANA that I observe in this form, and I have know idea where I stand. If anyone knows their ANA levels in both ratio and U/ mL form that would be extremely helpful as well.

Thanks!

Okay, I am not able to post for some reason.  100 IU/mL titer would be 1:2560-1:10240.  Does your say U/ml or IU/mL?

one more time, not in table form so maybe it will work.  =200=  >=1:10240

That is a really strange reading to me.....I was sure ANA levels are read in a titer form, which is 1:40, 1:80, 1:160, 1:320 and so forth.  I really don't know what to say about your results.  Maybe your dr can shed some light on it. Good Luck.
