Anxiety?

did somebody experienced like you're trembling inside but when you look your body it's not trembling and when ever you move you can feel the tremble? I had cold hands and feet, I sometimes experienced a very hard and fast palpitations anyways I do have mvp or mitral valve prolapse. But last week we experienced an earthquake here, so is this anxiety? or it's just a temporary reaction to my body because of the earthquake pls. help. Im really afraid of this I can't even understand what's going in me.
