Autoimmune Disorder???

Okay, well, I have posted in other forums, and had no response whatsoever, so I hope someone can help.  My symptoms have been ongoing for almost a year now, off and on, seemingly no rhyme or reason.

Here are my symptoms
Vomiting
Slower heart rate (sometimes just under 50)
headachs
Low body temp (sometimes as low as 96.4)
Easy brusing
Dry skin
fatigue
chest pain

My dr thought it was something gastric, but all test found nothing all my blood test were fairly normal and the only specific thing that I have been tested for is celiac and it was neg.  I don't even know what kind of dr to go to from here.  If all else fails I am going to make a long trip to the mayo clinic, but I would like to find someone close if I can.  I am tired of being told I am crazy, nothing can be found amd most of all sick of being sick.  I can't keep doing this.

ferritin 10-154ng/ml (45)
t3 uptake 22-35 % (32)
t4 (total) 4.5-12.5 mcg/dl (9.7)
Free t4 Index 1.4-3.8 (3.1)
TSH .40-4.5 (1.59)

My blood pressure has been up and down and sometimes the nurses have trouble taking my BP, I don't know if it is because my pulse is slow of what.

My most recient full blood count was in September and that was when I was hospitalized for vomiting blood, so the numbers are after I had an IV, so I would guess that would change the results.  The numbers that were out of range were
RBC 4..09 (4.2-5.4)
HCT 35.8 (36.0-47.0)
CL 109 (98-107)
CA 7.9 (8.5-10.1)
TP 6.1 (6.4-8.2)
ALB 3.0 (3.4-5.0)
Also when I was addmitted to the ER my INR was low 1.05 (2.0-3.0), Not real sure if that has anything to do with any of this.
I do not believe that any vitamins have been checked.

The low heartrate is somthing that scares me because my dad had a pacemaker put in because his rate would drop down to the high 30's and he's 60.  My fear is that this is just the begining and if mine drops to the hight 40's now what with happen in 10 years.  All I have been told is that my HR just means that I have a young healthy body.  I am just not so sure.  Any sugguestions on what type of DR to try next???

Please will you post me the reference ranges your blood tests use so i could take a better look.?
Also have you had a full blood count to check for anaemia?
Have you had a vitamin D, ans B12 done?
It sounds to me like your system is sluggish with the low heart beat and low temperature, dry skin and chest pain, etc
What is your blood pressure like?
Hope this is off some help to you, and be persistant, dont give in.
Take care keep me posted
Nicola

Thank you both for responding.  I believe the only thyroid test I have had was was in July, my levels were all  normal

Ferritin 45
T3 32
T4 9.7
Free T4 3.4
TSH  (1.59)

I guess that's why my symptoms keep getting dismissed and the test have never been repeated.  I just don't even know what type of dr to go to.  Any ideas, what I have been doing isn't working.

I think you should have a thyroid profile FT3, FT4, TSH.
Sounds very much like an under active thyroid to me.
But im no doctor, you get slow heartbeat, with low thyroid .
Low temperature, dry skin, chest pain, bruising ,etc with a low thyroid.
If you have had youre thyroid bloods tested, post youre results, and i will take a look.
Hope you get well soon,
Take care.
Nicola.

Wow that sounds really uncomfortable what you are going through. Which blood tests did they do? If you list the ones you have had, I'm sure there are people on this forum that can give you some ideas on other tests that might be helpful. Did they test your thyroid levels and antibodies?

Honestly, those symptoms are so general I can totally see why you don't know where to start.

By the way, just as a side note.... my brother was sero-negative for celiac (as in his blood tested negative for the antibodies), but a biopsy of his small intestine confirmed his diagnosis and then his villi healed on a gluten free diet. If celiac is a possible concern for you, try cutting out glutens for a few months and see if you get any improvement in your symptoms!
