Autoimmune Problems

My father, non smoker age 48 runner and health conscience diagnosed recently with stage IV esophageal cancer 2b.  younger sister diagnosed with rolandic epilepsy.  At age 20 I have had alopecia, then diagnosed with a pituitary tumor with sleep problems and B12 deficient.  Nothing is being done for me and the doc's say wait and see.  I am getting progressively worse and have problems concentrating and have been to 4 doctors who say wait and see.  I think I may have Cushings and am now worried about the possibility of cancer like my father.  How should I approach this situation?  I don't want to wait and see anymore due to it's effects on my life.
