Autoimmune disease RNP

I've tested positive (8.0) for Rnp antibody 4 times and I test negative for RNA antibody every time. Do you have to test positive for both to be considered to have the MCTD disease. My rheumatologists say I don't have the disease and just say I have fibromyalgia.  The pain, I believe caused by the inflammation is so bad at times I don't think a human should have to suffer this much. I continue to have partial seizures and my body feel like its in a vice with the amount of inflammation.  Although I have swollen hands they feel I don't have enough sclederma symptoms to have this disease, and will not be treated with any medication anymore including prednisone.  All I know is when I take prednisone every bit of pain goes away for as long as I take it.  So I'm basically left to suffer tremendously every day and I wonder if the seizures could be caused by the inflammation in my body.  Any help is appreciated.

Ask your doctor about LDN (Low Dose Naltrexone).  I have a friend who swears by it for his autoimmune disease.  His doctor was not familiar with it, but looked into it and discovered he could have it mixed up at a pharmacy.  It helps my friend a lot, and if you google LDN and RNP, you will see people are finding it very helpful.  It doesn't have the awful side effects of prednisone, either.
