Autoimmune or something else?

I have been struggling with stomach issues and pain since the age of 13 (current age: 24).  I had Steven Johnson's syndrome at the age of 14 in reaction to Dilantin and amoxicillin while being treated for RSD.   I have chronic GI issues and joint pain.  I have a high ana (around 9).  I was diagnosed as celiac for two years but I do not have the two genes involved in the disease.  I have been diagnosed with Crohn's for several years but the colonoscopies never biopsy Crohn's.  The latest doc says it all looks fine and I must have IBS.  But something doesn't fit.  I am tired all day long everyday.  I get 7-8 hours of sleep but I have to sleep almost all weekend just to make it thru.  I have severe pain in my back, hands, knees and feet.  I almost can't walk when I first get up in the mornings.  I have severe pain associated with eating and I am always nauseous.  I have chronic diahrea often for no apparent reason.  My "poop" is the color of whatever i have eaten.  My vitamin levels for Vitamin D, B and sometimes K have tested low.  I have had myoclonic seizures in the past thought to be associated with dehydration and low magnesium levels.   I was on humira for the last four years and it did help but i was never free of all symptoms.  My liver enzymes are now high.  I have issues with dehydration.  If i get the flu i will most likely end up in the ER for fluids, usually requiring over night stays.  They also thought that i had AIP (acute intermittent porphyria) for a while, all the test have been inconclusive so they basically just dropped it.  I have been through at least 4 GI specialist and no one seems to know what to do with me.  They all just say clinically i am fine.... deal with it.  What do i do now??  The current doc says i don't fit what she does and she is ready to pass me off to someone else who do i see next?  Are there other autoimmune diseases that fit these symptoms?  (I have been tested for and i am negative for hashimotos, and reumatoid arthritis,  lupus has been questioned several times but test have been inconclusive).  After Steven Johnson's syndrome, i had sludge in my gall bladder and within two years i had my appendix removed which was chronically inflamed with scar tissue attached to my intestines and abdominal wall and by gall bladder with biliary dyskinesia.   The only other history is that i have had migraines (mostly food induced) since 4 and i seem to not be able to tolerate any food that i have eaten more of over a period of time.  When i wasn't eating wheat and ate a lot of soy,  i began to have problems with soy.   How do i find a doctor who will look at all the pieces and try to find an answer?   Please help!

Hang in there, and keep looking!  If you find a doc that you like, try to trust their opinion.  Sometimes they tell us things we don't want to hear. ;)  Some symptoms and diseases are chronic, which means they continue to return and never completely go away. If that is the case, then you do the best you can to find ways to minimize their impact on your life, and you go on with your life. Often with chronic symptoms, people get depressed, and that in and of itself causes an increase in pain and symptoms.  Seeing a psychologist (talk therapy) can help because they can help you learn to cope with ongoing problems, and thus, will help with pain control.  I've been there, and can personally say that it helps, so please don't be afraid to try it.  Best of luck!
