Autoimmunity could it be the theory of everything?

I have Meniere's disease, abnormally rapid tooth decay, sinus infections, asthma, history of several bouts of pneumonia, probable arthritis, breast calcifications, renal calcifications, interstitial cystitis, complex regional pain syndrome, fibromyalgia like symptoms, hot spots in several places in my body on bone scans, Celiac Sprue, Abdominal Migraines, Central Pain and the worst, FTD which is a terminal degenerative brain disease.  I have done quite a bit of research on all my illnesses and I have found at least one article that discusses the possibility of the disease being connected with an autoimmune disorder.  When I was born I had ear infections and by five I was having severe asthma with recurrent bouts of pneumonia.  I was given weekly IgG shots to boost my immunity because the doctor assumed I had an immune disorder because I kept getting pneumonia.

I have wondered if everything that is wrong with me may be tied to an autoimmune disorder.  I'm not sure if the IgG shots actually helped me or made things worse.  I've brought this up to several physicians but they didn't know what to say because that was beyond their scope of practice.  I did see a few rheumatologists who told me they thought I had a possible autoimmune disorder but they couldn't identify it.  One of them put me on Methotrexate which I could not tolerate.  Also, most of the other rheumatology drugs I have not been able to tolerate.

I went to an infectious disease doctor who did a bunch of tests but couldn't find anything wrong.  I also have the butterfly effect on my face that is a symptom of lupus although I tested negative for Lupus.

Even if I was able to connect everything with an autoimmune disease, I don't know that there would be any treatment that would help my overall condition.  I am just speculating about the possibility for myself and other people.  When I have joined support groups for various illnesses, I have often found that other people often have developed other illnesses I have as well.
