Autonomic Failure

My mother has autonomic failure which seemed to start following a virus when she was 59, she is now 83.  She is very debilitated and we have had to stop visiting the Hospital for Neuropathy and Neurosurgery in London for this reason, but she feels that there is no one to talk to who understands this illness and would appreciate some feedback from anyone involved with autonomic failure.  She is on fludrocortisone and self manages very well to the best of her ability.

Can anyone help please
