Body Itching

Having overall skin itching morning and evening for two weeks. I am female 48yrs. Started when wearing an exercise bra and began to sweat underneath. Was not exercising. Took it off and began scratching. I started wearing my bras over a  light shirt so it does not contact my skin. I have thought about anything new that could be causing this. I stopped pretty much everything to try to find the culprit. vitamins, soaps, etc. to figure it out. Seems it stopped then yesterday started again in the morning and night. For some reason it is very intense am and pm. Locations are pretty generalized. A lot around, on, and under breasts, back, sides and occasional random places like under arm right side, ear, or place on leg. I have a back scratcher I use to relieve the itch in the morning and night. After I use this for about ten minutes, it seems to resolve and I can go on with my day or get to sleep. Right now as I am typing, I am fairly relieved and then suddenly an intense itch on my side. Then my arm. I have been thinking of all things that could cause this such as parasites internal external or disease conditions that could be the cause.  I have been under stress. My father had a stroke and have been caring for him as well as my own children.  Any ideas or input appreciated. I really do not like to take antihistamines to cover up the issue. I want to get to the root of the problem.

Thank you
