Burning sensation from neck up to the head

I get a terrible burning sensation from the back of my neck up into my head. This occurs every hour and I suffer alot. Doctors have given me no proper diagnosis yet. I am just wondering if any of you can help me.I would appreciate this as I would love to speak to someone who may have similar problems.
