Can not find what is causing my symptoms??

Hi
I have not been able to get a diagnosis as yet and just want to get to the bottom of what is causing these symptoms? For the past 6 months I have been having very painful back ache which is worse over night and has been causing me sleep problems.  I have also been feeling really fatigued and just walking up a flight of stairs is a real struggle and my strength is low eg. my grip in my hands is very weak.  I also have a lot of pain in the joints of my toes and heel pain which is making it hard to exercise.  I also seem to have a lot of tender points especially on my sides just bellow my ribcage.  I have chronic constipation and have to take laxative to help and I have had blood in my stool which I have raised with my doctor.  Recently I developed a small lump on my right side about an inch across from my belly button and I am due an ultrasound to check it out.  I have had numerous blood work done and they have all come back ok but i did test positive for HLA B27 gene.  I am going through a very stressed period in my life at the moment so could be stress related??.  My doctor has passed me onto a rheumatologist to see if they can shed any light on my situation.  I would be interested to here from any one who has had a similar experience

Hey Hibbl,
Welcome to the forum.
Your one test that came back positive for HLA B27 may be the one that will help  shed some light to your  medical situation.
There's a possible connection to an initiating pathogenic infectious condition that has brought about all this.
I will give you a link to an article from the British Journal of Medical practitioners titled "Bacterial Infections and the Pathogenesis of Autoimmune Conditions"
Please take time to read this carefully as it may relevance to your condition.
http://www.bjmp.org/content/bacterial-infections-and-pathogenesis-autoimmune-conditions.
There are ways to diagnose and treat these underlying infectious conditions
provided that one's immune system is strong enough to identify and destroy these pathogens, as any  antibiotics used for treatment , are only bacteriostatic and not bacteriocidal.
And only a handful of specialists and Labs have expertise in this field.
Please research this carefully and should you feel you need more info,
please post here again or pm me directly.
My advice does not constitute professional consultation.
Blessings
