Cold/Blue Hands and Feet

I suffer from freezing hands and feet almost all the time regardless of whether or not i wear gloves/socks. Its also accompanied by blue/purple colouration of my feet, hands and fingernails. Im not sure if its Raynaud's or nerve degeneration as i have lost feeling in the extremities to the point i cant determine hot from cold and a general numbness and clumbsiness. I am worried that the condition might spread also.
Please help

That sounds exactly like Raynaud's. As TrudieC said, I would strongly suggest seeing a doctor. Also, do you have any other symptoms accompanying the freezing hands and feet? Raynaud's is commonly linked to a number of diseases such as Scleroderma and Lupus and you might want to see a rheumtologist and get a range of tests done to rule out any other conditions that may cause the disorder.

It does sound like Raynaud's.  Have you seen your doctor?
