Cold feet and general ill feeling

I have a generally bad feeling with sensitivity to cold in my feet.  Almost like a low grade fever but I don't register a fever.  Almost fluish feeling.  In warm temperatures my feet feel better, but in cool rooms like in a grocery store, they become cold and painful.

If it is only in your feet and socks and such do not help, then what comes to mind is peripheral arterial or venous disease? Just a guess, maybe something to get checked out? If you're having circulation problems it could probably lead to the ill feeling?

Not really.  I haven't noticed any weird colors except the blue varicose veins every so often.  When it's cold outside or in the room, my feet are cold regardless of how many socks I put on.  Heating pads and space heaters don't really satisfy the cold feeling, though they do help some. Infrared socks and silver socks have not worked for me and I know raynauds people supposedly have had some luck with them.  I don't feel this in my hands so I don't know if it is raynauds and the other symptoms I had made me think it might be autoimmune or something.  Hearing is bad, fatigue, cold feet, general ill feeling, etc.. Thanks for replying and I will check to see if raynauds is a possibility.

Do they turn colors? Do you ever notice one or more of your toes look white or blue? When they get painful are they bright red?

Check into raynauds.
